‘Aquaman 2 Is Going To Be Crazy’, henry cavil’s Superman Teases Return & We Are Excited

It’s been 10 long years since we saw Henry Cavil mark his debut as Superman in Zack Snyder’s Man Of Steel.

The movie fared quite well with fans, with the world getting to see a new version of Superman in what seemed like a darker, never seen background.

Soon after came the much anticipated Batman VS Superman film, which completely tanked at the box office, with fans and critics both disliking it.

Things didn’t go well even for the DCEU film Justice League, with only the Snyder Cut coming close to really working well with the fans.

Since then, it was reported that both Ben Affleck and Henry Cavil both will be retiring from their roles as Superman and Batman.

However, just recently, Aquaman star Jason Momoa excited many fans with the update that Ben would be returning as Batman in the upcoming Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom film.

While this was indeed something to savor for fans of the DC film universe, a DC franchise without Superman did indeed feel incomplete.

However, it looks like Henry Cavil may not just be done with the role as well, with reports suggesting that Warner Bros are looking to bring back the English actor as the Kryptonian superhero.

Erik Davis of Fandango and Umberto Gonzalez from The Wrap revealed how Warner Bros would want Superman to be back in the movies.

“(I’d) heard a story that they’ve asked [Cavil], and he doesn’t want to do it, he doesn’t want to come back.”

“However, Warner Bros. Discovery like [Cavil] as Superman.”

“This is probably going to turn into a story, I’m not sure, but I’m pretty sure they’ll maybe try to [get him back].”

“I could be wrong, I just don’t think they’ve had a take yet for him to come back. But again, that’s all subject to whoever the new DC guy is overseeing the universe and this committee and the one answering to [Warner Bros. Discovery President and CEO] David Zaslav. It’s been almost ten years since we’ve seen him in Man of Steel. But what I can say, I personally, I don’t think it’s over just yet.” they said.

Henry Cavil’s return would absolutely put DCEU right back on track.
