Love Today on OTT platform: Release date, where to watch, cast and plot

One of the most popular Tamil films of the year, Love Today, is now available on OTT. Pradeep Ranganathan is the writer and director of a romantic comedy. With this movie, Pradeep Ranganathan made his acting debut. The film reportedly cost only Rs 5 crores to produce, but it made almost Rs 70 crore at the box office. Earlier, the film had the tagline, “Dedicated to the girl who left me.” However, it received criticism from the audience. Therefore, the crew opted to alter it.

On December 2, 2022, Love Today is scheduled for its premiere on Netflix. When announcing the release date, Netflix made the same announcement that said, ‘Disclaimer: Exchanging phones with your partner might be injurious to your relationship. #LoveToday is coming to Netflix on the 2nd of December!’

The film’s lead actors are Pradeep Ranganathan, Ivana, Raveena Ravi, Yogi Babu, and Raadhika Sarathkumar. The film is an adaptation of the short film App(a) Lock by Pradeep Ranganathan. A young student who lives with his father is lavished with attention. He develops feelings for the daughter of a stern police officer, but she rejects him; as a result, she is forced to leave town since her father believes there is an affair between the two.
