‘Pura Copy Paste Kar Diya’ Fans Claim ‘Pathaan’ Teaser Is ‘Copied’ From Scenes Of Other Films
Whenever the teaser or trailer of a film releases, fans go into the nitty gritty details of it, dissecting the plot, reviewing the VFX and background music, and then giving their verdict. That’s how intensely they watch it. That is why, if there are scenes that look even a bit similar to what they’ve already seen, they’d know, and something similar happened to the newly-launched teaser of Pathaan.
The teaser of the much-awaited Shah Rukh Khan starrer was finally released yesterday and it landed in hot waters soon after. Fans noticed that most scenes are copied or ‘recreated’ from other popular action flicks. They drew comparisons to teasers from films like Tiger Zinda Hai, War, Saaho, Dus, and even Captain America.

a) The tunnel scene – nothing to say about it, you can clearly see the copy in Pathaan
b) Not to mention the ZINDA HAI comes straight out of TIGER ZINDA HAI While Srk copied it in Pathaan -2023

Earlier, when the first look or poster of Pathaan was released, it was also accused of being ‘copied’ from that of the American film Beast starring Idris Elba.
The pose of the two actors, weapon in hand and even the whole Colour scheme of the posters looks strikingly similar. Coincidence?

Apart from all the scrutiny, the teaser was well-received by fans.
They were excited to see SRK back on screen after years, for one. They also praised the action sequences, Khan’s entry scene and the background score.

Director Siddharth Anand also addressed in an interview that the team purposely chose Khan’s birthday to release the teaser and promised that ‘it was just the beginning ‘to a bigger action spectacle. Well, this is just the teaser. The trailer is yet to be released.
The film will be released on 25 January 2023. It also stars Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, Ashutosh Rana and Dimple Kapadia in prominent roles.
