Vadhandhi The Fable of Velonie to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on Dec 2, first-look poster out

Pushkar and Gayatri are back with their latest web series, Vadhandhi – The Fable of Velonie. The thriller is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on December 2. The streaming platform announced the same on Thursday, November 17, Amazon Prime Video also shared its first-look poster to pique the curiosity of fans. Vadhandhi – The Fable of Velonie is the second Tamil web series to be produced by Pushkar and Gayatri for Prime Video after Suzhal – The Vortex.

On Thursday, November 17, Amazon Prime Video shared the first-look poster of Vadhandhi – The Fable of Velonie. It has an eerie feel, which suggests that the series will have an inherently raw and dark narrative. ABOUT VADHANDHI THE FABLE OF VELONE
Vadhandhi – The Fable of Velonie is produced by Pushkar and Gayatri under Wallwatcher Films. It is created by Andrew Louis. The cast is headlined by S.J. Suryah and debutante Sanjana. Seasoned performers such as Laila, Nassar, Vivek Prasanna, Kumaran, and Smruthi Venkat too are part of the show.

Pushkar and Gayatri said that the series is an example of storytelling in its ‘raw and natural form’.

“With the audience today becoming more mindful about what they want to watch, we truly believe that it is important to create content that is different, unique, and riveting. Crime as a genre is something that brings out the art of storytelling in its most raw and natural form,” they said.

Vadhandhi – The Fable of Velonie is slated to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on December 2 in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam.
